We understand that every contribution to O.A. Non-Profit is an act of generosity and faith in our mission. Because donations directly fund our programs, greenhouses, and community initiatives, all gifts are generally considered non-refundable.

 

However, if a donation was made in error or you experience an issue with a transaction, please reach out to us within 7 business days at oanonprofitorganization@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation with care and understanding.

 

For purchases related to events, workshops, or tours, refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the program. We aim to handle each request personally and fairly, ensuring that every supporter feels valued and heard.
